I'm starting to struggle with my titan to get him in teams for the new and old raids plus the reckoning. I dont want to retire this char at all I'm lucky I have my warlock and hunter but that's what every1 seems to rely on these days. Somehow I think bungie needs to find a good way for titans to be useful. :(

titans are completely balanced towards pvp and not much towards pve. they need to buff the banner shield bonus damage by a lot for it to be useful for dps

45 RespuestasTitan is the PvP god class..

1 RespuestaI found exactly one use for Titan bubble: In the Menagerie boss fight at the end, you won't die if you stand inside bubble when those walls of death come at you. Which is good, but I'd still like to know why anything and everything can push me out of my bubble, even with Helm of Saint-14 on. Or why Cabal dropships can kill me inside my bubble. ;P

1 RespuestaI did the menagerie with my titan and threw on the bubble tree and the whole team was inside just punching things, it was beautiful. It was the day blackout was on so you got 1 shot pretty much immediately outside the bubble lol

1 RespuestaThey can't do buffs this season man, this is season of the nerf. Maybe next season buddy

Ran into a guy the other day calling titans the best class and that they’re needed/ the best class to use in every raid. He clearly was playing a different game than me.
He was a titan main too
Before I stopped playing last season, every time it was my Titan's rotation to do Reckoning I felt like a potato being carried through. I tried a Saint XIV helmet bubble on the bridge, just made things harder to kill and the yellows just walked up and stomped me off inside the bubble. The shield just meant standing there not dps-ing. I usually settled for FoH just to keep an area clear and make extra orbs. They just don't have the equivalent of a tether or well. You'd think they would have made the classes more equal after how bad warlocks were for end game (outside of res cheeses) in D1.

It’s hilarious how the tables have turned lol. Titans were 100% the most wanted class in D1 with Hunters coming in second and not it’s the opposite with no one wanting Titans and Warlocks being the best PvE class. Warlocks were only wanted in D1 for there cheesy tactics.

Editado por TheDeliriousDoc: 6/6/2019 2:32:44 PMThe big reason is because they lack a true support class. Warlock’s are the pinnacle in PvE atm. Support class with strong health and buff capabilities and Heavy DPS class with Nova. Hunters top tier atm is heavy DPS with Celestial and then orb generation w mob control and debuff ( to everything but power weapons, why Bungo) with Nightstaker. Plus invis comes in handy for clutch revives. My fix would be to add WoL back to bubble on top tree Sentinel and/or allow Melting point to be activated by any solar ability ( Super included) on that tree that way they can easily reapply a debuff and still do damage and/or significantly increase PvE damage on Thundercrash to Nova bomb or CN non-crit levels. (seriously besides being fun to use in PvP that thing is a joke). I don’t think either of these would be game breaking. In exchange for the PvE buffs recognize that in PvP bottom tree Striker last too long and is super broken. Maybe a slight decrease in the tracking frisbees eh?
