1 RespuestaI do agree I mean Destiny 2 is filled with enough people that are elitists and they push all the people out who they deem isnt good enough for anything. I think its horrendous truly. "Oh they only did the raid 3 times we dont want them" or "Oh they dont have a good enough KD lets kick him" I truly believe for a good game to exists people have to be good people. I truly try to help people with everything provided I meet them and I help them do the grinds to get the gear and with more players like this we can make a good place for people who werent as luck to meet as many of awesome people as we do cuz we just happen to be good at games. I think when time allows I will do one raid a week of nothing but blueberries for the week to prove that there are kind players out there I think if you guys have enough skill have the character to teach others so there will be more skilled players. How else will these players be given a chance to learn something. :) Happy gaming guardians

11 RespuestasEditado por name: 5/31/2019 8:43:01 AMhaha , a little bit late to come to the conclusion , people already moved on , the game will die soon because of how the community was acting towards players who just wanted to experience game content they purchased, but also bungie is to blame for creating this monster by not adding matchmaking for everything
-
Ask Bungie to provide an incentive/reward to help others? (Not ugly emblems) Network with other players you enjoy helping with and get away from the clans?

I really don't mean to be that guy, but there is a major difference between to, too, and two. sorry, my Grammer anal instincts got woke up.
-
1 RespuestaThose "skilled" elitists are the same people who can't even do raids legit. Always gotta cheese.

1 RespuestaMy clan is dead. Looking for a better clan that can Sherpa me through this game 🙂
-
1 RespuestaReading lfg posts is the truest of end game

That's what joining a clan is for.

3 RespuestasI often run into the situation of "you can lead a horse to water but you can't force it to drink."

1 RespuestaPeople are willing to help. Just look at lfg and fireteam on this app are full of helpful guardians. As long as you "kwtd" and or willing to pay for a carry you can easily get all the help you need.😉

11 RespuestasEditado por iDEVAST4T0R: 5/31/2019 8:21:20 AMI feel too many people want a free pass or are too lazy to lfg or join/create a clan. Being a solo player sucks but its not my job to cater to that and not my problem. I found a way, so can you. Its people like yourself that have made this game casual as all get up.
-
4 RespuestasGamers are inherently not better people. Look at all the cheaters who play games.

1 RespuestaMan im a solo player and i never miss out on anything i feel i want to do. People make excuses and complain just for the sake of doing so. There are plenty of folks on discords, lfg, xbox hub to help with anything needed. The real problem is folks want everything made easy for them, handed to them. My buddy who is terrible in pvp found a team to do comp and get luna, and they did. The highest KD between the 4 of them was 1.11 kd and yet they did it.

7 RespuestasEditado por Dani3009: 5/31/2019 9:52:50 PMstrongly disagree: The problem in this community is people who want everything handed to them They need to make sure that casuals have enough content At the same time there should be activities for good players only "To many people aren't willing to help" not sure about you but I hate one sided help If I personally want to do an activity I take whoever wants to do it as long as they dont hold me back But if somebody wants to do a raid and is not good , or wants to do an activity I don't need/ want to do there is no reason for me to help other than wasting my time I don't know random people asking for help and I will never play with them again in the future -> No logical reason to help which benefits me

3 RespuestasEditado por Ogma: Destroyer of Worlds: 6/1/2019 3:28:15 PMThe better solution would be to provide multiple avenues of acquisition/completion that let people play how they want and what they like to minimize players having to begrudgingly grind an activity they get zero enjoyment from. Solo, multi, PvE, and PvP alike. It’s a video game. Entertainment. If it’s not fun, something is wrong. With a game like this it’s not as simple as “well then don’t play it if it’s not fun to you” because of the extremely rigid model they continue to unnecessarily impose. Rewards are VERY activity specific, and the activities this game offers are very different. It’s INCREDIBLY impractical to try to force feed the entire experience on everyone and expect them to enjoy it. Options. That’s all they need to do. One player’s desire and ability to earn something one way takes NOTHING away from another player’s desire and ability to earn something another way if they can pursue it on their own terms. This game is and always has been its own worst enemy when it comes to this. And it continues to fester in the realm of what it COULD be as a result.

6 RespuestasI mean personally I think bungie should make polls... like square Enix does
-
3 RespuestasSad how many negative people are so eager to prove your point
-
19 RespuestasBull shit, everyone can make a lfg post and host whatever they would like. People want handouts but don't want to admit it. Figure the game out on your own like those of us that spent hours learning the mechanics or playing PvP.

4 Respuestaseverbody will be helped when bungie fix there servers and no peer to peer

12 RespuestasThe biggest problem with the community is each segment of the community only thinking about themselves, and not the community as a whole. By that I mean: Destiny's community is made up of different gamers in different subgroups. There are pvp, pve, grinders, non grinders, 'hardcore', 'casual', etc. Each subgroup wants what they want in the game, while ignoring the other gamers/subgroups. Ex: pvp asking for nerfs that affect pve; grinders asking for game to be more grindy cause they have the time, while ignoring others don't; and so on. So instead of asking for things for the whole community, they only ask for their subgroup. And so far, despite what people say, bungie has listened to the community and made changes based off feedback from the community, trying to please everyone. Like the saying goes though: you can't please everyone, but bungie refuses to accept that. They keep trying, listening to everyone, instead of risking pissing people off by picking something and sticking to it. The community has noticed this as well, hence why you have so many complaining, stating what they want. They've noticed bungie tends to make changes for whomever complains the loudest, so everyone is complaining at the top of their lungs to get what they want. I feel it's gonna stay like this until either the game 'dies', or bungie decides to pick something and stick to it.
-
6 RespuestasWhat is needed more than ever is a equal representation for all players because at the moment there is so much segregation against those that don’t fit the typical stereotype of players out there. Most of the blame goes to bungie but some of it is compounded by the community and it needs to end
-
1 RespuestaIt's largely due to the game being split into PC and console. It's kinda like 2 separate games really.
-
5 RespuestasYeah honestly this community is so hyper toxic. They pretend like they aren't but they are. This is the most toxic and uninviting community I've ever been a part of hands down. League of Legends has a more inviting community than this.

1 RespuestaHelping isnt the issue. The LFG is pretty active and we are helping. I would ask guardians hesitant to use the lfg on the app to give it a shot. I know some of the posts look like every one is looking for that 1%er. But as i found and do...guardians will always help and i made some great connections to run content with. Here are some good guidelines 1. If you feel the fireteam isnt for you...simply leave. Bullying and such isnt right. Even when an encounter isnfrustrating. Know your limits and dont engage in that behavior say thanks for the invite and leave Report abusers. Now that thats out of the way 2. Bring your best load outs 3. Know your limitations. Sometimes its best not expect a carry 4. Listen to the vets. 5. If at first you dont succees try try again 6. If your are frustrated and need to bail. Let people know. Say thanks for the imvite i have to go. 7. Dont blame other fireteam members. If your “better” it’s your job to help 8. Listen to recommend load outs and strategies for different encounters Im not happy with the hame right now. And to be honest the heavy do it right or insta wipe mechanics and puzzle look hear jump on this or wipe requirements make a lot of content unfun to teach and reteach so a lot of guardians want to get in and out content especially on reset. That being said there are still lots of opportunities to get raid clears. Good luck guardians

1 RespuestaI try to help people out but when I've been on the same thing for 6 hrs and people aren't listening or they start to leave it gets so -blam!-ing stressful.....all people have to do is listen and implement what the people trying to get you through a raid say, it may take a few attempts but -blam!- me do as your told and don't -blam!- around and we will get through it
