Either you've been to the dreaming city like twice, or this is utter nonsense.

Believe me, I really wish it was nonsense. I manage to jump in each week on my main character completely most of the power gear quests. Across-the-board I’ve got most of the armor, its just this piece. I just feel like it’s taking way too long to acquire.
