Yup didn't work, already tried that as stated but I tried again. Didn't work

Oh, I see what you mean. Unfortunately, the fix isn't retroactive toward previous Massacre medals, so you have to earn more for them to be added to the triumph.

What fix? Cleared the cache did not work, started the week with 103, now on 113 same problem. That's 10 medals since installing the update, 3 different characters and all 3 sub classes, different wepons. Same problem

I have done 9 medals since the update, I get a reward but the medal itself is grayed out. So it doesn't count for the triumph but the counter on the emblem goes up.
