well instead of working on D2 and making the game better, you make the outbreak prime quest that will exclude the average players from more stuff. another weapon single players cannot get.
more paying customers leave. but your lovely streamers and you tubers are happy.
when are you going to understand this BS is not the future of destiny

Love the solo argument...I have everything and I'm a solo player but for stuff like this it helps to have a friend or 2 on your friends list...lfg works too

in a clan have the gun. but this boring jumping puzzle is same boring crap. people just see these quests as same old same old. destiny needs new life to bring players back to the community

Nice bait

I enjoyed it but I’m not as big of a pve endgame person as I was in D1, that’s mainly due to being dedicated to two clans in D1 and both of them failing due to a number of issues. I got the same enjoyment out of this quest as I did getting my pinnacle comp weapons. It’s the reward that’s the prize, where as in D1 it was the experience and the loot. That’s the missed opportunity with D2, you’re right same quest as whisper with different setting and enemies. There needs to be more focus on things that gave you that experience in D1 translated into new ones in D2. ie the vertigo I felt the first few times I ran VoG, the sheer size and mechanics of Kings Fall, the Zamboni from WoTM, those experiences cannot be constantly redone with new settings because it becomes boring and predictable(looking at you boss stomp mechanic). Now if destiny explored things like gravity in different ways, underwater, quicksand, hot air ballon effects on guardians, this could create new and exciting challenges and make the encounters what you replay the quest/raid for rather than ONLY the loot. It would feel less like a chore. I’m no programmer and have no idea if what I said is even possible but it’s more of a layman’s evaluation of previous and current experience from beta D1 to today. However, the OBP quest was fun and a sorely needed addition to the game imo. It was done well just not “new”

the weapon yes but do you have all the extras on top. no its this type of garbage is not great for destiny. this type of quest just means paying for the weapon in full is open on ebay etc
