I have a question. If you reach fabled before you complete the requirements, but once you are done (for example: you reach fabled, but haven’t completed the hc headshots and once you do, you are below fabled) and you aren’t at fabled, does it remember you at one point we’re at fabled?

Yes. It still counts if you go below fabled after reaching it without completing the other steps.

Example if it goes into next season to complete the headshots does it still remember or do you have to do it again

Reaching fabled only count for the current season you reached it. So you have to finish the steps this season .... Or start all over again (reaching fabled) even if you were at the last step
