Well it most certainly would be possible to put in a system that grays out the kick option in a raid once an encounter is started, or at least when a Petra's run is activated (since it does require a special code input). There are most certainly options available to fix this kind of thing, the only real question is, does the rather small risk of this kind of thing happening outweigh the potential announce of implementing such a system. Which I can't really answer because I can't say how annoying it would be to implement.
