Same issue here man.. Its NOT US! Its the erratic servers on Bungie themselves that is causing this lag man.. How do i know? A friend of mine is an technician and looked in to this lag stutter issue and its totally related to the erratic engine and servers of bungie themselves..
Its very unsettling that they blame us, the customers, for having bad internet while its Bungie themselves who has problems..
I have lag and stutter issues since the release of forsaken and it never stops.. There is nothing wrong with my PC and its up to date etc. etc. Internet is also nothing wrong with and i have 500/500 MB/s speed with 3 ms response time and 0 jitter. Like i said before, i can play ANY game i want and do EVERYTHING with my PC except play stutter/glitch free on Destiny 2..
There is a reason why clans disappear you know, people stop playing it because they never going to fix it and blame customers for their mistakes might be their downfall..

It’s most definitely not us If I can run overwatch fine at 75 FPS And SCP Secret Laboratory (which is a super heavy game) at around 73-75fps Then it’s not me

Nope, can be Nvidia driver, can be bungie can all sorts of things man. If its not the fps than most likely its the router settings. I changed my settings and made an static IP Adres and opened port forwarding and inserted the ports which were recommended by Bungie on this website and to be honest i have a lot less lag than before. I think its been reduced by at least 70%. The stutter is sometimes there but that is bungie servers being very bad. Its not only the lag and stutter, but also the terrible pvp match making which makes me pissed.. Yesterday i tried comp and was great and won a couple of rounds. Than i did quick match and all hell breaks loose.. I fired the quick play and immediately i was in a team that was loosing big time.. Like 24 over 74.... The other team had 2 Luna's and one Notforgotten and we had 2 level 20 players with a load out to cry about... I left the match because it wasn't fun like this and than i was with a team that was significantly winning... and i finally was able to use my Luna's howl for a change.. Pve is okay but pvp is the most broken i have ever seen and i have proof of it on my YouTube channel...

Well what you were experiencing was lag not FPS drops.
