Remove bloom on hand cannons (console)
Right now the only hand cannons that feel good on console in PVP are 180s.

I play on both PC and Console (I prefer console for the community) and I do terribly with Ace Of Spades on console but when I use something else like Trust (Which is 180 I believe) or Last Word I pop off getting 30 bombs in a game. But if I use Ace on PC I'm getting 7th Columns left right and center. Bloom unfortunately is a shit way of "Balancing" that infects games to give off the illusion of "Skill" but in reality its perhaps the most annoying thing added in a game. But keep in mind Bungie is notorious for having terrible Bloom in Halo Reach which sort of carried over to Destiny.
