I also have this problem. I did the ascendancy weekly quest and currently am sitting on 1/2 for the Petra weekly and no way to finish it.

ye same for me, blind well/queen's offering bounty completly not available(it says: already completed...) and the ascendant challenge didnt count... But..... after Sunday's reset i can now pick the offering's bounty and i can pick the ascendant challenge one more time (i guess cause of the fact it didnt count the first time). I'm also able to pick the weekly bounty from the drifter. Looks like things got fixed
