FPS drops in half whenever I move my mouse
For some reason I get FPS drops whenever I use the mouse, even happens on a controller when I try to move the cursor. Another issue is that my FPS is capped at 144 even though I don't have the FPS cap enabled on the game nor do I have g-sync enabled.
Specs:
CPU: i7 9700K
GPU: RTX 2080Ti
RAM: 16GB @ 3200mhz
On my previous computer I had none of these issues. Here's the specs
CPU: i7 4790k
GPU: GTX 1070
RAM: 32GB @ 1866mhz
How can I be getting worse performance with better specs? I've attempted to repair the game multiple times and bnet said a repair was not needed. Reinstalled it 3 times and got the same result. Used DDU, uninstalled the GPU drivers and reinstalled them. Issue persists. This is incredibly frustrating since the game is completely unplayable right now.

I can recall, I just went back an update of windows and now it works just fine. So if you've updated recently, try going back an update.

Same here in thank I windos I have a i7 9700k and a rtx 2080 ti and it doing the same I try back dating drivers but both the only thing I can’t do is back date windos so it probley that

Yeah I'm getting these same issues as well. Saddly I don't know how to fix it atm. First it was the scan and repair crash, now this. Lovely
