I don't think this is about your connection, your matches are a bit suspect as there's a handful of dnf players. One of the ones you played with has a string of them, seems like you're just collateral. If there's anything that needs to be taken from this is be careful who you're playing with.

Destiny uses a P2P connection. ( Peer to Peer ) So this means that you want a stable network. Hardwire your play station to your router. Set it as a static IP and portfoward/dmz it. Do not use cell phones or wi-fi as these cause jitter. Jitter is like hair clogging the drain and restrict data flow. Remove any splitters going from the wall outlet to your modem. These also cause jitter. If these do not work then contact your ISP and tell them that they need to check everything. In order to get a two month restriction you have to had a previous restriction. This tells us that you got your first restriction and did not solve the issue. In order to get this restriction you had to have a lot of packet loss and insatiably in your connection. This ruins the game for the other people you are playing with. It can error code, them disconnect them, or cause a laggy experience. So now you have two months to fix the problem.
