While I understand the need to keep players engaged and playing the game, if you cater to the 10% that are actually any good at crucible you will lose many other players that actually dont mind the grind but are finding it frustratingly difficult to complete a quest that seems to take more than it gives.

Having a 1.0 kd is average. You even out on the amount of kills to deaths that you have per game. To gain progression through this part of the quest you need to finish out each match with at least 0.5 kd which is half than what is considered the player average So if you can’t complete this step that means that it’s not the other players that are in the top 10% that are getting the weapon it’s just you and all of the other players complaining on the forums that are in the bottom 10% of D2 that can’t get this weapon.

2 RespuestasDude, I'm a PvP player and do you have any idea how freaking annoying it is to see quest steps like: kill hive with solar damage! Make precision kills on hive to get worms! Screw that stuff. And the last word quest is not the only quest that does so. The Sleeper Simulant quest, forge quests, frame steps. They are all so stupidly tedious and boring that i barely completed any of them. BUT, DOES ANYONE EVER THINK PVP PLAYERS GET BACKSTABBED? NOOOO OFC NOT.

1 RespuestaThis week may be the easiest week to obtain it. Get it when you can. Spam Mayhem if you must. Mayhem may not be back for a while.

Editado por abyssasylum: 2/3/2019 6:09:05 AMWell, first of all, it’s s pvp gun. In the right hands it’s great, but it has a skill gap. You have less than 0.8 k/d in PvP, so really gotta work on that, which you CAN do. You basically need to stay positive or even. Assists count. Stay close to your teammates, don’t rush. Watch your map. Disengage fights when you are losing. Stay close to cover so you can do that. Once you get more kills than deaths consistently getting the last word takes only a few matches. Good luck.

There’s no denying that D2 PVP is not fun to play for many players. Dangling an exotic carrot, forcing players into the crucible if they want the gun doesn’t change this fact. You either suffer through it or you don’t bother trying. It’s pretty much the way it is.
-
I have to play crucible for the crucible gun! I have to do better than a .5 game! REEEEEEEEE
-
There is nothing wrong with the quest. It's just like thorn quest in D1 and I bet when thorn comes out, itll be the exact same kind of quest.

6 RespuestasEditado por I Am Sonic Rose: 2/2/2019 6:37:04 PMI didn’t know only 10% of players can get a KD of 0.5 or more. That’s really depressing if true

👏You👏Don't👏Even👏Have👏To👏Go👏Positive👏

0.75 KDA. That's assist included. If you can't pull a .75 assist at the end of a match then you have no use for the gun. It's a PvP weapon.
-
3 RespuestasOnly 10% have a KA/D above .5? I'm going to throw the challenge flag on that play. Besides, the gun is almost universally considered terrible in PvE, IDK why PvE only people would want it.
-
1 RespuestaIf you don’t like PvP, then why even bother getting a gun that has for only purpose to excel at pvp ?
-
The quest line for this gun is so easy that for thorn I wonder if they just say “check postmaster”
-
You barely have to crack a .5kd for -blam!-s sake. How about Bungie catering to PVE players by sticking 1KV behind a raid?
-
Editado por G0lden Hunt3r: 2/2/2019 2:13:34 PMIT IS A GUN THAT IS ALL ABOUT PVP. You dont see people whining ... "Bungie you are losing lots of players by locking acrius behind a raid" Guns are simply locked behind what they are about. Acrius is a cabal gun. Anarchy is a fallen gun. 1000 voices is a ahamkara gun. Last word is a PVP gun. You also cant get acrius by doing a patroll.. So stop crying because of the obvious.
-
2 RespuestasI super suck at pvp and I got past that step. ( Stuck on witches ritual atm just gotta keep hoping it spawns ) Point is that it is not hard to do. You just have to pull up your big boi pants and do it.

Hey guys, we are trying to get movie of the week and it would mean a lot if you could like the creation and get your friends to like the video also. It's a 2 man 3 phase SOTP boss kill Ps4. It's the servitor picture on the creations tab ( the one of the SOTP boss) Thank you very much and have a good day
-
I'd rather Bungie "cater to the few" that are good at the game than catering to the bad that cry nerf for everything.
-
It's not that hard, and its mainly PvE.
-
1 RespuestaI don’t see myself as a very good PvP player. But I still got TLW over a span of few hours of grinding (the PvE part, not the PvP part) As an average guardian, I say it is doable.
-
I'm average at best in the Crucible and knocked out the quest in relatively short order. Take a minute to let the salt wash away, get back in there and get it if you want it.
-
Go for this Quest during the week of Iron Banner so your only playing Control & run with the pack .
-
"Cater to the few; lose the many" describes BUNGIE's approach to Destiny 2 perfectly. BUNGIE may as well declare BK now if it continues to cater to streamers (who should get real jobs) and tryhard no-life gamers.
-
I was struggling on it to but thaen i found the right weapon given i had a lucky match but i went up to 30 percent in a match

4 RespuestasEditado por janroed: 2/2/2019 11:32:58 AMwell I'm 650 and nothing will make me play pvp. the only thing that get me into pvp is the 5 matches for the powerful engrams each week ( when I'm leveling up my lightlvl). they can put any weapon quest in pvp, if I'm max ll I will not touch pvp at all.

3 RespuestasIt gives 2% for any kill/assist and removes 1% for any death. It literally gives more than it takes.
