Liam will control a small senate of which half I choose and half he chooses that will vote on any and all acts that will be decided by him (a senate of 10 members). If the act gets 8 approvals by members of the senate, it shall go to me, where I most likely will pass it. If in the case it gets veto’d, then a unanimous vote to overthrow said veto can take place.
