So bungie think scout rifles dont need damage due to their range.
Well Shouldn't the same theory apply to Pulse Rifles?
They do MORE damage at 50m than a scout rifle and provide the same ranged safety and MORE close range safety than a scout ever could.
Choose what you want to do bungie.
Nerf [b]Range[/b] or Nerf [b]Damage[/b], they can't remain in such an overpowered state forever.
