There's a few bugs with magnificent howl: 1. It does normal damage on the 3rd consecutive shot (this is entirely due to lag) 2. It procs howl on your first headshot (and registers 2 shots of damage) 3. It one shots (this is more rare than 2.) Of course people don't want 1. to be fixed (which it can't be unless connection based matchmaking is reimplemented) becuase they are incapable of dealing with these guns... But what they don't realize is that 2. and 3. are even worse.
