I don’t mind the drip fed content. In previous years we would blast through the entire dlc before xmas. At least this is keeping the game playable for longer

I like the concept but wish the content was better. And usually if Bungie’s drip-feeding is content the it isn’t good in the first place.

I get what you're saying. But the reasoning I feel is misguided. Just because there's something to do doesn't make it a good something to do. A game shouldn't have to drip feed its players content and rely almost entirely on leveling walls and rng to have longevity. And even still. Finishing parts of a game should be rewarding, not necessarily in a sense of getting loot. But the experience should be satisfying

Exactly, so tired of people wanting to have everything immediately in a PERSISTENT game...people have zero patience anymore

I haven't stopped since Forsaken Launched, it's nuts. I don't do much in Warframe lately.
-
But i have blown thrrough the dlc already. If there was more to do, id be playing right now...
-
No you havent, we haven't gotten it all yet lol
-
There is more yet to be released, be patient
-
Point being... future content doesnt keep me playing today.
-
Exactly.

You're contradicting yourself

He’s not contradicting himself at all. The idea of dripfeeding content is to keep players interested for more than the initial 2 weeks. Yet here we are, and all new content is done on one character about 2 hours after weekly reset. Seems like a large proportion of the community hasn’t bothered to unlock the forges on more than one character due to how mindnumbingly boring each quest is. Forsaken was pretty much universally loved. And people loved the dripfed content. They loved the drip fed content because foundationally there was enough new content from release day that they were still changing. Vendor refreshes, 2 new destinations, a massive power level increase to chase, new strikes, new story missions, a new sandbox a plethora of other things. Dripfed content works in that scenario. But you can’t dripfeed content when all the new content doesn’t even match that of Osiris dlc. “But it’s cheaper, it’s only 15 dollars”. So much wrong with that argument. First of all, it’s not 15 dollars. It’s the full annual price cost. It can’t be purchased individually. Also, it doesn’t matter how cheap it was. Consumer perception is the most important thing. And too many people feel as though it just wasn’t worth the purchase. I would happily have payed more money for more weekly content. It’s not ok that in release day of any dlc, the first thing I’m doing is running dreaming city milestones and flashpoints to get my light level up for the one activity released on that day.

Thing is I replied to Rilla

Ohhh well, that’s embarrassing. Could’ve saved myself a lot of time there!
