Bungo......why havent you added a feature in the game that allows players to make/create loudouts on gear and weapons? This would allow players to easily control their pve and pvp loadouts. Even something as simple of letting us put numbers on our gear items ie all my cruicible gear have the number 1 on them and pve gear has the number 2 on all gear pieces. Come on bungo hire me...
Edit 1:
XD didnt expect this to trend
I do realise this has been ask numerous amount of times in all the years of destiny however the number labeling I gave is such an easy implementation which doesn't require much hard work. I also realise that the Alexa app with the ghost does do this feature but you have to be kidding me if you are happy with this method. Why not just add it to the game? I swear bungie does a ridiculous amount of unnecessary work, saw the same thing with lore cards in d1 - having to look them up on there website - who does this XD?
Hopefully this got bungies attention and if so use my example for the time being until you eventually (if planned) implement a more refined way to save loadouts......its at least a start
Edit2:
I also know/have/use the vault and destiny items manager but the point of this post was to say that this should be in the game and not having to rely on 3rd party applications
(Lots of people are saying use these apps but they aren't getting the point)

I agree, in a game the CENTERS AROUND gear, having different perks and armor bonuses, setups for raid, pvp and pve, and collecting all exotics, I can't for the life of me figure out why this isn't a thing. I don't want to use a third party app. If I have ANY problems at all, bungie isn't responsible. "We didn't do it, not our fault." I bet they don't want us to be able to swap mid combat for crucible or something, but it seems like loadouts from your equipment screen would be really simple. Ruin crucible? Disable them in crucible.
-
It's called Destiny Item manager Beta. Thank me later
-
This would be awesome. I would love to have a sidebar that pops out and I could just load in my crucible or gambit loadouts even if some things in are in the vault. Destiny is way behind in the gear management department. I use a 3rd party app because their own app is so slow give me a break. Should be able to manage all my gear quickly and easily IN GAME.

"What? Give you what every shooter on the market has had for a decade? No can do, chief. If we did that, players would like it. They could adjust their loadouts on the fly instead of waiting for our super slow ass menus to load. Player satisfaction would improve. Then where would we be? That's against company policy." -- Bungie

1 RespuestaIt’s strange that this even has to be asked for. I bet there’s some technical limitation.
-
That would be nice maybe something like diablo 3
-
But individually equipping weapons and armor takes more time. Working as intended.
-
Loadout saves are a grest idea.
-
1 RespuestaNot just Loadouts. But uhh, marking items as trash for bulk dismantling!!!! Would then make all these other changes to dismantle speed pointless really, but that's fine. This is something a lot of other loot-based repetitive games like Destiny have, so they should be doing this. Or at least make sure it's guarcanteed for Destiny 3. These are the real quality of life changes. Things that should have been there in the first place.
-
Use little light or dim. I know they are third party but at least you’ll get what you want ! :$
-
1 RespuestaIt's not kosher.
-
Alexa! This is so sad. Load my teabagging loadout.
-
Even some phone games have the feature. Star Wars galaxy of heroes has it. You can save different team load outs and save different mod ladouts on a toon and it's fairly simple to use.

Editado por HawkkMoon99: 12/17/2018 2:12:14 AMYes please! I have so many builds for gambits, crucible, and raids (Nothing really for strikes, I just use whatever I feel like). It would be soo nice to have saved loadout so I can just switch on the fly (Not on the fly really, cough console loading times, but faster than usual. And it’s still super convenient).
-
They do if you have an Alexa haha
-
In pvp itll be so good to be able to swap at least to another 1 loadout. To change exotics mostly. In console its so slow you get killed while swapping gears if you are not carefull
-
Someguy already made a post about this cept he said loudouts

Editado por Haruchai: 12/16/2018 11:35:49 PMGiven that they lost a large chunk of the playerbase previously and have lost a large chunk of the playerbase more recently I would put forward that they have more pressing things to focus on. I think your suggestion is good but not having loadout slots is not a game breaker. I would prefer they focus on content and gameplay first, get numbers back in (which maybe too late now anyway), then when the game is a going concern again devote resources to the little things (I say little but not being a coder, loadout slots may be a big ask). I would also argue that it would have a low priority due to there being third party apps that will do it, I am not saying it wouldn't be a priority, just that I assume it wouldn't be high on the list. The one thing I find with many gamers is that they think there is a huge money tree out the back of every game company, need more devs/content/changes just go pick some more. The company would have a budget, if the previous financial years were bad you get less going forward. That means less money to pay devs to work on these things so less devs or less costly devs, less stuff, then guess what, they do poorly which means, you guessed it, less money. Lets be honest, D2 isn't the going concern that it was previously which is why I believe that BA and the AP was done the way it was (which I will never purchase sorry, I already paid for the expansion now I have to pay for content in that expansion, no thank you, just my view). It would be incredibly tough being a game company, a couple of bad expacs and you just cannot recover unless you get a massive injection of capital or some genius devs/designers working cheap. So then you start looking for funding for the next game because investors will look at the current one in a poor light. There has already been some talk regarding D3, tbh I haven't really looked into it but if its happening, as an investor why would you throw money at a game that's about to be made redundant, so no massive injection of capital there. This is all conjecture on my part as I am not involved in the game industry apart from being a consumer. But I have experienced all of the above in other games, a few bad choices are made by the company, players leave and take their money with them from that point on the company has very little time to try and tip the scales back in their favour or face the slippery spiral slope of slow game death. Some companies have managed to turn things around most haven't and while a lot of games will always have some players remain, they are usually just keeping their heads slightly above maintenance mode.

But their deal with Amazon to sell those stupid Alexa ghosts which save loadouts... You want a free feature they'd rather charge you for which also allows Amazon to data mine you 24/7? Silly person.
-
Lightspeed app on iPhone works great, primarily for max light, but it allows you to save light load outs in which you can save.
-
Pffffft! That's a good one! I'd love it, never happen at Bungo though.

2 RespuestasIn response to edit #2: We are aware of everything you are and more. Use DIM. The consoles don't have the computing power to give us everything we're asking for. People add on SSD's. They should be in the console when purchased. The WiFi adapters are not high end. The processor is not high end. They make them cheap and still lose money on them. Games, DLC's and peripherals are how they recoup the loss. TLDR: If they gave us everything we asked for, your console would crash trying to load it.

3 RespuestasI dont know how you can even keep a set together with the lack of cores for 3 toons, all using the same weapons to reduce cores cost and with the light level going up 50 points every 2-3 months. Seems like it would be just as much of a pain changing loadouts for new drops every day or even trying to keep 3 sets for 3 toons all at max light. I don't disagree about having loadouts saved, I just dont know how much less of a PITA it would be . . .
-
All I want is to chase gear that I can set in a few load outs. But I just end up running the same gauntlets cause why waste time switching them.

17 RespuestasAre you so lazy that you can't scroll over an item and press x? So -blam!-n hilarious. Hopefully natural selection will do its job.
-
2 RespuestasThey kinda did. The Amazon Alexa Ghost you could buy would do this, but you would already need an alexa.
