I have gotten about 5 of them randomly. Of course, it took me about 190 runs of the Strange Terrain NF before Bungie gave me my Osprey rocket launcher so I could get the WayFarer Title. Bungie's RNG really blows..

Iv gotten nearly 10 to drop. Dont see why anyone wants it to be honest, its the same archtype as the hammerhead and looks pretty stupid.

Remember though, the event is also focused to give less active players something nice. Not everyone has Hammerhead and lots may not get it.
