Shin may have had good intentions at the start of his quest for justice. But now he's clearly on some misguided vendetta against people that think differently than he does. Screw Shin, the darkness and light are two sides of the same coin, one cannot exist without the other, and neither can Guardians.

How do you kill a shin? I got my shin kicked by a hive knight once, it hurt a lot, but it didn’t die. So how do you kill one of your shins, a shin is not a life form of its own.

If there is eventually a part of the game where this is a thing we can do, I doubt there’ll be an option.

If I have to, I will. Drifter was smart to bond with me, and the proof of that bond is my hard earned and forged Malfeasance. Shin has yet to make himself known to you outside of lore points. But who knows? I do have a soft spot for Gunslingers.

From reading all the lore tabs, it came off to me like The Drifter was using the shadows of your to make the malfeasance, but was never really a follower of dredgen. Seems like he's the one that had to deal with shin to begin with
