I think its fun but its a shame that the rewards for it are so lacking. It would be cool if you get to a certain amount of levels and you unlock a really cool mask like the blue flame skull or the fire wolf head but its so weird that no one is pointing out the obvious lack of a special mask this fest of the lost. The only masks you can get this event are the paper ones and some of them are straight up from destiny 1. I would actually have accepted if they copied the old special masks as long as the paper ones where not the ONLY masks you can get. I also feel the rewards for doing the forest are extremely lacking, you get like 1 masterwork max light gun for doing the forest repeatedly for hours straight. I hope their is more to come on the 30th for just the masks since thats the point of this event but I’m not holding my breath because according to the leaks the next stage is going to be a master ives revenge mission that unlocks the thunder lord which is cool and i love but makes the point of the masks very unappealing as they are only exceptional DURING the event and they don’t have much visual or usable appeal to keep AFTER the event. Im very extremely excited for thunder lord just dissatisfied with the continuation of the masks.
