Nova warp lasts too long and is absurd.
Nova warp needs some duration tuning

please understand if they take down the duration, they'd probably let Warlocks have their bomb instantly charge to offset it. Basically making it a fist of havoc that can dodge your shots

It's about as long as Fist of Havoc. So...the standard for a roaming Super. I admit...I'm not sure if like the old Bladedancer it can be enhanced/extended via an Exotic. It's fine though. Jeez. At this rate D3 will launch with 1 weapon loadouts, no Supers, no grenades, no melee, no class trees.

(Striker crackles with electricity). 3) Nova blast radius is bigger and can be charged up for a bigger blast. and the biggest factor: 4)no animation sequence. Strikers have to go into a leap animation, which eats up seconds of the super duration. Nova Warp just glides around and explodes without having to execute an animation.

Possibly they could increase the amount of Super energy consumed for charging a detonation or increase the amount of energy consumed for using the Void Blink.

Perhaps it lasts so long because some people have the Super Mod on their armor. This mod effectively charges your super faster, and gives it a longer time. Your enemies might have all their armor with the mod on it

1 RespuestaIt’s pretty easy to outrun. As a warlock main I’ve outran and been outran plenty of times. To catch someone running away you have to use dark blink at the cost of super energy.

5 RespuestasNo. Just because they can reach a totally different location with their abilities doesn’t mean that it lasts too long. Nova warpers most likely use blink along with the super blink. This allows them to surf around the map making them a very effective super user. The super blink uses 1/8 (i think maybe more) of the super bar. 8 sblinks can get you 20 meters in front of you(i think not sure though). A regular blink might get you 2 meters. They can be used alternating between both since the blink has two mini cooldowns and one long cooldown. Two pairs of blinks will get you halfway across a scout rifle range. Two consecutive blasts will kill an enemy, regenerating his health, and causing no super energy penalty. Say this takes 5 seconds. Floating around and looking for enemies to blink to might take 10 seconds. Assuming the player gets a wipe, 8 blinks would occur guaranteeing six kills per super. Dawnblade takes about two also per enemy. The only reason people aren’t complaining about dawnblade is because it was nerfed, is easily capable of being shutdown, can only focus on one player at a time, does not regen health, and does not increase damage for a short time between kills.

Finally the warlock gets something that isn't useless against a hammer titan that can cross map with a single hammer and we get crybabies. Not buying that it needs a nerf I got wasted multiple times the other day.
