Why is Riven’s heart in her stomach?
We enter in the throat, go down the esophagus, which leads to the stomach, and that’s where the heart is.... in the stomach?

Who says the Ahamkara has a 'stomach'? I doubt it physically eats anything... especially considering where it's located.
