Some days do you feel like you are just going to snap?
Like everyone is trying to piss you off and you just want to put your fist through their jaw? Having to put up with the same bs everyday and you want to break their bones? Is it just me?

2 RespuestasThere's a guy I work with who struts around like he's God's gift to everything. He's not real big. Has crack head rotten teeth. The amateur tattoos on his neck look like they were done in prison. We used to get along until he became best buds with an angry guy. Then he'd only act friendly when other guy was off. Otherwise, he dogs everyone behind their back and acts like he's a bad ass. I tried ignoring him for months. He got to where he'd knock shit out of people's hands. We're way past high school, by the way. I always let shit build until I snap. Over a week ago, he knocked something out of my hand for around the 5th time. I saw red. I jumped in his face and told him if he ever did it again, I'd knock him on his ass. I didn't care if I lost my job. He just smirked. Now we don't talk or acknowledge each other. That's exactly what I wanted in the first place. FYI.... if someone stops talking to you or acts like you're not in the room, they probably hate you.

Assuming you wrote this post in anger, I hope you begin to feel better. Yes, I have bad days where I wish to sever the limbs of those around me. Fortunately, I was taught never to hold a weapon when angry. I suggest you take that to heart.

1 RespuestaHere's a little exercise that helps me: Breath in for two seconds, exhale for 4. Breath in for 2, exhale for 4. Resume normal breathing a few times. Then breath in for 3 seconds, exhale for 6. Repeat this for a few times. I forget the specifics of why this works, but it has to do with calming your system. Life is frustrating and sometimes (oftentimes) things are out of your control.

Sounds like me. Anger management has been my solution. Better to solve the problem before something irreversible happens.
