I received an email for a free download of the Forsaken soundtrack. When I clicked on the "redeem code" button, I was directed to Bungie page that told me I had not unlocked it. Today, I received two emails telling me to claim my second prize for acquiring the Ace of Spades. When I clicked on the "redeem code" button for the t-shirt, I was again directed to the same page telling me I had not unlocked it. Also, with the soundtrack, when I was finally able to view the email properly, it told me that the soundtrack was no longer available. I would really like to get this stuff, but every email I get is broken. I have troubleshooted every problem with your list of suggestions, to no avail. #help Thanks.
