Please look at this from a PvP and a PvE perspective.

2 RespuestasTheir whining ability needs a huge nerf.

1 RespuestaI would like to see throwing knife and trip mine grenade do more damage in PvP, every class except hunters have 1 hit kill melee or grenade

5 RespuestasEditado por bufie: 10/3/2018 5:13:01 PMTo many virgins hating hunters.. go on titans/warlocks scrubs, you still trash in the crucible.

Here are my general problems with the Hunter as a Hunter main: -Spectral Blades hit detection is horrid. -Corrosive Smoke should be the general melee ability for the entire Nightstalker class, each one having a special perk... like just about every other melee in the game. -Golden Gun either needs a mobility buff or damage resistance buff. I see no reason to use it w/o Celestial in PvE, and in PvP there's less reason to use it over Arc Staff or Blade Barrage because it just gives you a one shot gun with 3-6 shots.(That doesn't actually one shot guardians that have overshields with the 6 shots) -The only class without a one shot ability in PvP. Titans have Shoulder Charge and Warlocks have Handheld Supernova. Why do Hunters get the shaft here? Their new Arc or Solar melees would be great candidates for this. -Actually the slowest class w/o Exotics like St0mp-EE5, The Dragon's Shadow, and Fr0st-EE5. Giving them a slight speed increase would be nice, as they ARE supposed to be the agile class in the game. -Shadowshot is still trash in PvP.

19 Respuestas2 thing I see that need adjusting. Removal of Titan skating from PC. Buff hunter running speed by about 15% That's it. I still feel that tether is a bit lackluster in PVP compared to destiny 1.
-
What do Hunters not like about being a Hunter?
-
#huntermasterrace, of course. :D But hit detection on Spectral Blades needs a tweak, and a slight buff to thrown knife damage, both would not be out of line.

I'm a Hunter and I live in California, so that's my State.

Editado por Jose_Cose: 10/6/2018 7:46:09 AMEveryone needs to face facts that every class has a one shot ability warlocks have one shot nades and hunters have crippling melee abilities that is so annoying. All 3 classes have many broken exotics and still people bitch about titan skating, Hunters are amazing right now and warlocks as well and need minor adjustments. Again many people are salty because they get destroyed by a titan all the time.

14 RespuestasWay of the wraith just needs two things a mobility buff and a hit registration buff. We also deserve at least ohk ability.
-
PvP Blade Barrage is just too fun to screw around with, PvE Hunters are useful in the sense they're only useful with Nightstalker and Arcstrider.
-
12 Respuestashunter grenades could use some ❤ IMO. But that's it.
-
I think that hunters are in the healthy middle ground, not as good as titans but better than warlocks. The only thing I would change is to buff throwing knifes.
-
4 RespuestasMaybe reduce the range of blade barrage just a little, it's pretty weird getting killed across the map just because you were in direct sight.
-
In my opinion, they are kind of just sitting in a spot where titans were for year one. You've got supers and abilities that would be so much better if they were stronger or were actually consistent. Supers lack proper hit detection. Your charged melee thing on arcstrider doesn't one shot. Most other grenades besides the tracking ones suck... They are sort of in a state where they could be really good, but are hindered due to PvP balance. Spectral blades could be so much better, but it's built in perks is just going to leave it the way it is. The whirlwind guard could be more useful, but I'll say it's a deflect more than a real guard. I don't know. With lag almost every melee super sucks.
-
Golden Gun needs a major Damage increase in PvE and Spectral Blades needs better hit detection. Shards of Galnor need to be more consistent
-
They should be nerfed again just for existing
-
I still think that Hunters are the best class for PVP for several reasons but I would agree that in PVE they need a slight buff in some areas. I have to say good the way they are because you can't get a pve buff without it affecting PVP and vice a versa.
-
1 RespuestaI find it odd that Sleeper is basically on par with 2 golden gun shots w/o nighthawk. The biggest buff they could receive though. Bones of Eao.
-
Only have Gunslinger 2.0 on my hunter, so I’m a little biased, but that path is just amazing.

Editado por TotalDramaGamer: 10/5/2018 4:03:52 AMGG is still pretty dang lack luster in PvE besides Celestial. I think GG should cause enemies to combust, allowing multi kills like in D1 for better add clear. Way of the Wraith needs a speed buff and a hit detection rework. i still think quiver shots should one shot in PvP (otherwise it will literally never be used), and do more damage in genral in PvE. Also, their range should be slightly large to help compliment their 'do more damage to already tethered targets' in PvE. It's just not worth the hassle right now, and has never been worth it in the past. Personally, I find the top tree of arcstrider absolutely useless, but I'm sure other people love dodging and punching stuff. It just isn't viable in any meaningful part of the game though... Also, bring back the horizontal wall grenade to D1 levels. It's just so... weak. Like, extremely weak. Even the explosion and gouts of fire that shoot out initially don't do amazing damage, and much less the actual fire wall.

1 RespuestaHunters are in a great place on the whole. Sure something like hit detection needs work on the new way of the wraith class but aside from that they are as good as ever. Just without the OP exotics. As a Warlock main since day 1 D1 beta there's nothing better then having a Nightstalker Hunter with tether on your team. Invisibility is amazing for surviving and getting resurrections while the super makes add clear and orb generation a breeze. Also tether is amazing for Gambit when prime evil drops with the two witches. Last night me and a buddy were doing Night fall and during a spot where there were a lot of shriekers we just had our Hunter friend run through first taking all the agro then he popped invis to stay safe while we could blow on through no worries.

1 RespuestaPVE: Gunslinger, specifically way of the outlaw, needs some adjusting. The explosive knife is barely better than the precision knife and doesn't have the benefit of reseting the cooldown. Golden gun itself also needs to do more damage, personally I think it should have a damage multiplier against major(orange bar) enemies to give it a purpose besides clearing a few regular adds or minimal boss damage. I think the reason people think hunters are underpowered is because a lot of their abilities are passive. Warlocks and Titans have a lot of "Do this and something cool happens" abilities, whearas a lot of hunter abilities are "Do this and get a buff to X", which is less noticable. Makes them feel less powerful even though they have just as much potential.

1 RespuestaI tell you what mate...when you come across a Hunter that knows what he’s doing in the crucible it’s a thing if beauty... There was a guy dancing around the map earlier running jumping dodging, so fast no one could touch him. He destroyed everyone. Made me feel like I was wading through treacle. Lol.

1 RespuestaPersonally I think the biggest problem with all classes is the players and the social media. Expectations that they can zip through everyone like in the video they saw. Sadly the video is only clips of when it actually worked. Not showing the 20 times for each one that it ended poorly. Coupled by the fact that sucky gamers don't tend to make those videos skilled players do. And first you need to realize that you are not. No class needs a nerf or buff. You have nine sub classes to chose from find the one you can use and LEARN to use it. Not every one is the same. They are tuned for different purposes.

Make Dodge close range ohk.
