Nope, it won't mess with the characters coming back, as they're going to remain gone. Bungie doesn't do character restorations after they've been manually deleted.

Yes, it can happen to anyone that doesn't take good care of their account security.

So it must be someone who he knows dash lives with?.. like somebody wouldn't hack his psn just to delete characters. They be more likely to try and get credit card info.
