Not everything should work around YOUR preferences. This is a video game set for an extremely WIDE audience of players. The community is littered with thousands of players trying to obtain different goals and finish different objectives, and just because you don’t get your way doesn’t mean you should run here and rage for nerfs and changes to the system.
The only real problems that need to be addressed are the glitching with dismantling certain weapons and the broken perks with/and the combination of armour/weapons. White nail, well of radiance, etc. These change gameplay and hinder our loadouts that we acquire through RNG.
Just because you don’t get a hundred exotics doesn’t mean there is a problem. If you have a family and a career to attend to and you can only play casually then you should be awarded casually. I’ve played daily since Forsaken and I have had plenty of exotic drops through all game modes, most acquired through random HVT drops.
The only problem with masterwork cores is there should be another vendor selling them, and that price should double just like with spider. We don’t need more then 10-15 cores on a daily basis. Just because you want to infuse every gear that raises by one light continuously doesn’t mean the system should be reworked. There’s NO NEED to infuse ANY gear under 550. Rotate the gear when you are doing high level activities and wear the gear you prefer when patrolling or doing strikes.
IF YOU ARE DYING BY THE SLEEPER, PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THE WIDE OPEN KILLING ADS. HIDE BEHIND WALLS, AND LET THE INVADER WASTE HIS/HER PRECIOUS 30 SECONDS TRYING TO KILL YOU. DON’T CRY NERF BECAUSE YOU ARE STUCK IN THE MUD TRYING TO KILL OFF THE TAKEN OGRES WE JUST SENT IN.
But, let’s be real - you are all just entitled, impatient, and extremely needy children who cry when things do not go your way.

Although I don't see the reason for "Masterwork" cores to be needed to infure a non masterworked weapon. They should only be required for a weapoon that has already had masterwork cores used on it. I've played quite a lot since Forsaken, and I have picked up 3 exotics so far. Two were crap, then 3rd was the Lord of Wolves. I don't really see a problem with that drop rate. Since im one of those people you described, I can still play casually and get rewarded fairly for my time and still have fun. Im not asking to have the whole collection finished in a week, but 3 weeks and no new exotics outside of quest exotics is LAUGHABLE. There definitly needs to be a change.

Didn't Bungie already say exotic droprates are gonna get a slight buff, and Masterwork cores might get removed from infusion? Kinda seems like when a large enough group don't like something, it becomes subject to change.

Cheat... No problem Glitch... No problem Exploit... No problem No morals, no integrity and no honor. Bungie and their streamers are the biggest problem this game has. Grow a spine and start showing kids how to do things the right way. Teaching them to look for unfair advantages and exploit the system is wrong. Now i am not saying that things like exotics should be common place, but right now they are a bit to rare, and worse yet the chances of actually getting a new exotic is downright pitiful. Bungie has still yet to learn how to make a progressive RNG system, one where if you do enough activities it adds up to eventually be a guarantee. Instead they stick with the same old broken system where you could play for hours on end and get basically nothing due to simply bad luck. The other issue with the RNG system is its lack of smart loot. They claim it is in the game, but it doesnt feel very prevalent. I dont mind a longer grind but the system should put more weight towards giving you higher level items that you are actually in need of. There really isnt any reason that one piece should end up 10 or more powerlevel behind other pieces. The fact that this is actually fairly common to see, tells me that the system very much needs some tweaking. Like it or not one of the main functions of the forums is for feedback, which like it or not includes complaints. And so far complaints have gotten some positive results. For one thing, if it hadnt been for complaints we wouldnt be seeing significantly more powerful exotics. Complaints may be annoying to see, but they are a necessary part of the feedback system since it seems that bungie is either very slow to listen to normal types of feedback (if they listen to them at all). Like it or not it cannot be denied that these complaints have brought about some good changes.
