It’s not that simple for people with depression. If you had any sense of empathy, you would at least think about that.

It’s not empathy they are after. It’s sympathy riddled with special treatment. If you can’t handle criticisms or comments on an open forum perhaps the internet is not for you. This isn’t a [i]safe space.[/i]

You’re accomplishing nothing by this. It’s an open forum, but you don’t need to go out of your way to make someone’s day that much worse. I don’t have to agree with you. You can state your opinion. But you don’t need to intentionally be an asshole.

I don’t advocate for anyone to tell people to end themselves. I just don’t think the majority should be censored by the minority. Just so little Johnny doesn’t get his feelings hurt. Yes because telling people to grow a pair and encourage thicker skin is far more ludicrous than asking everyone to hold hands and sing kumbaya. Equally as far fetched.
