Before forsaken, I used to play like 4 to 5 hours a day. I would go with my friends to complete all the raid lairs (Normal and Prestige). I am not more of a PvP guy. This new progression system and new activities and content. I like everything but the thing that really bothers me is the grind and rng. I don't have all day to play this game. The character progression system is so slow.
Even the raids are not dropping powerful gear.
I am not saying they should make the grind easier and drop exotics more often.
We never asked them to make it harder we just wanted more content. Now, that we have more content. We have to be a certain light level to complete it. Everyday, when i log in i wonder and think how do i level up my character.
Don't force PvP and don't make the game so difficult that it starts getting annoying.
That's the only game I play. I was happy when I use to play this game. Now, I don't even have that same excitement to log in anymore. It's stupid and annoying.
Complete the daily and weekly milestones and still get a 500 gear or weapon. Complete a nightfall get a 500 gear. Rank up in crucible and gambit get a 500 gear. Complete all the raids get 380 gear. The only thing that boost your light level is an exotic drop or prime engram.
Now, after I log in to this game. I back out after 30 min. So bored.
Now, that we have more content. We have to be a certain light level to complete it.
This is the most egregious claim you make. I LOVE the fact that there is even more stuff I'm not able to blow through until I'm stronger. It means I am basically required to stew in these lower levels until just about that point where they're getting tedious, and then I'll be able to explore a whole new world of content I couldn't do before. I swear, Bungie can't win for losing. Just as many people complain about the grind as complained about the removal of the grind. It really should shine a harsh light on just how difficult it is for them to strike a balance that most will approve of...

Leveling up in the DLC has been the most consistent I’ve ever seen. Every day I get on I go up always at least one light level and there are so many different places to get higher light stuff from.

2 RespuestasI don’t really mind the grind, even though I’ve only played a few hours and like you only have a few hours per week. I know I will catch up with everyone eventually, since most people will be stuck 500-600 for quite a while. That being said, I think it’s a bit cheap of Bungie to extend the lifespan of D2/Forsaken by artificially making the game longer, ie very grindy but not that much new content. It’s only now these few weeks after launch things will seem hectic and rushed. After that, it’s gonna be the same game again, where you log in only to finish the stuff that gives you powerful rewards

2 RespuestasCan I ask how fast you got to power level 500 please? As I got there far too fast in my opinion. I left the game back in osiris as I felt it was too easy and everything was just handed out there was no real grind. Now I am a massive filthy casual as have wife and two kids plus work. I would love 5 hours a day but I can't. I also know certain things are out of my reach as I don't raid as I struggle to have time to commit and I don't mind so I choose a certain quest and focus on that for example I've just started the ace of spades quest and will do just that until I get it. My point is the grind is real it makes me want to do anything to get my power up and I am loving it! This game is now making you work for it and you don't like it as it's too much like hard work

4 Respuestaswhat a sententious and self-deluded attitude you have...you feel the need to post your personal opinion that nobody has asked for, nor craved...just go play other games...

1 RespuestaI agree, especially in regards to forcing PVP (for rewards). Blame the no-other-life than Destiny hard core players for convincing Bungle to give the finger to casuals. Those days are gone.

The game was too easy and too boring. Things need a tweek but this is much better

1 Respuestai get bored when things are way too easily accessible , when exotics are purchasable and acquired with minimal effort etc its currently very exciting and when i log in i have plenty of stuff to do. so disagree with your post.
