Absolutely!
Don't get me wrong, it's a great thought. It just has some greater implications.
One possibility (and maybe not even for that particular exotic) is the ability to insta-rez a teammate (or more?) when activating your super.
Could be a Stormcaller specific, if not put on Verity.
Perhaps placing an (arc soul) Rift on a downed ally will revive them - normal revive timer - and Super activation (Landfall) will revive all in the radius?

That sounds pretty cool actually. Maybe could be put into some Impossible Machines type Exotic? IDK, that was what came to my head when I read that. But they really should put some focus into exotic that grant big benefits on revive.

And on that, titans could have a perk somewhere that gave a faster revive timer when behind a barrier. And if insta-revive were to be shared among classes, I see the Sentinal/Defender having some manner of it as well. I've been trying to think of what and how a Hunter might, but it just doesn't seem "Huntery." I feel they're more apt to avenge your death than undue it, haha.
