So in the past few days I have been periodically viewing this five part series of videos from joker of the darkside royalty lore channel on why in his opinion destiny as a franchise has failed with it's lore and storytelling approach.
I personally find it very insightful and well crafted , and especially agree with what he says in the second video , that destiny both lacks and needs, a Bible , a collection/ repository of all destiny's lore, history, and all the information on the world
Here is the rest of the series:
Part 2 : https://youtu.be/PEYzBFzIbAg
Part 3: https://youtu.be/u-TvLur72Ek

Completely agree, but since Joker is a little bit aggressive with his statement, they probably won't even consider.

6 RespuestasYou realize the bungie writer behind the FoO comics blocked and reported joker for calling her out on all the problems. Bungie should be listening to the likes of joker and byf. But they wouldn't. We don't matter. They have there huge investment and destiny guardian which is pay to win. We are second fiddle. And barring some miracle. That not changing. The best ending is activision getting sick of bungie failing to hit target and just absorbing them and closing them down. Rather than allowing bungie to further murder things.

6 RespuestasThey definitely don't need to listen to that wipe.

1 RespuestaYea... would love for Bungie to implement a Bible (And a complete one at that) to keep things official and organized. I love Ishtar Collective for its goal to unify the fantastic lore of Destiny, but correct me if I am mistaken, it's still a work in progress - as not every lore entry is put in there yet. Going back to the point of my comment... yea, I agree that there should be a bible :)
