I like using Graviton Lance and I aint ashamed of it.
My weapon setup is a masterworked Graviton Lance with the Service Revolver in my kinetic slot. I've always enjoyed running something meta and then something that isn't so meta.
I've seen so many elitist posts on the forums of scrubs calling out people who use the meta. If you have fun using the meta then use the meta. If you don't like using the meta then don't. However don't sit there from you supposed high chair where you think you're morally better than those who do use the meta.
Don't be like these elitist Destiny players... Enjoy what you have fun playing with no matter what any other bugger says on the forums.

I usually don't care if people play graviton. What rly -blam!-s me up are 4 clan premades that teamshoot and use the exact same setup, antiope and graviton.

Here's the thing for me, I liked the weapon before the buff since it looked and sounded so cool. I really wanted it to perform good... but It was lackluster to say the least. Now my favourite weapon is the best pvp weapon in the game so I ain't complaining, in fact I'm over the moon. Hopefully it does not get nerfed, instead buff other weapons to kill just as fast.

redrix and etana most maps. dfa and etana jade and etana very rarely graviton and antiope. i dont like the sites on grav i dont hit head shots as consistently even with the masterwork. just doesnt work for me. so i stick to stuff i can bust heads with

8 RespuestasI wouldn't be ashamed. Graviton feels like an exotic should be plus it's a very aesthetically good looking gun. I love the weapon still don't think it's overpowered though because it can be easily countered with a number of weapons. People just cry when they get killed.

36 RespuestasThe weapon is fine. The game offers a ton of options to use to counter it. People are just too lazy, stubborn or unimaginative to make use of them. So they whine for nerfs....or try to shame people into not using it. It Titanfall, if you try to take on a Hemlock (their "pulse rifle") at mid-range...and you aren't using one yourself? You are going to die...and quickly. ..and Respawns' attitude is that you deserved it.

The meta is a natural progression in games. There is nothing wrong with using the meta, in any game. That being said, now is harder than ever to NOT use the meta. Crimson, Graviton and V-Wing annihate most other non-meta guns. In many other games, there is a meta, but there are other viable options as well that can get the job done. While some weapons like that exist in this meta, there aren’t many, and they don’t always get the job done. This is why many people are annoyed with this meta in particular.
