Hang on to your Clan XP milestone!
Bungie tweeted that the clan xp milestone is still bugged on turn in, but if you hold on to it till next reset, it will automatically decrypt into a powerful engram! Save it!

Update: I wish they'd have something like in World of Warcraft where if there is some sort of bug like the Rat King or current Clan XP, they could send a text letter to your postmaster for you to read!

1 RespuestaMy characters all hit the clan xp milestone, and I was lucky enough to be informed of the bug before turning them in... However, after reset, no one of my characters received the rewards from it auto decrypting the powerful engram. Neither at a high power level, or the lower level... Any ideas as to what Bungie will do to compensate players for this major foul up? Oh wait, that's right, it's bungie... Which means it will get fixed in a few weeks, and we will all just get screwed over, even though we paid for services that work correctly... Seems like their customer service is pretty much on par with my management team at work being able to fix problems in a timely manner...

2 RespuestasAuto decrypt? Milestone engrams disappear if you don't claim them before reset. Unless they very very recently changed this.

I have gone up 4 light since I did the milestone and with the raid I will likely go on up another 2-3 if it drops at 255 that's bogus and won't help at all.

Oh I was wondering if I needed to complain about it, explains why I only got light lvl 340 from it, I guessed it was a known bug and I was right, cool so glad I wasted it, could have been at 350 now.

3 RespuestasJust an observation here. When I play I always equip my guardian with the highest level weapons I have so that when I hit my Clan XP milestone I receive the highest level reward. I then move the weapons to the next guardian to grind the Clan XP milestone, and so on. It appears that bungie's plan to award us powerful gear for Clan XP milestones at the reset is going to short change us on 2 of our 3 guardians since they are going to just add it too our inventory. Apparently, your reward is going to be based on your guardians level at reset. Wouldn't it be better to simply make the reward available twice next week, once at reset and then again when we complete that week's clan xp milestone. That way we can equip our guardians as we normally do before retrieving the reward.

But they can, they did it in Destiny 1, when they gifted Strange Coins and Motes of Light to us when they messed up that one time. But then again, that was a GOOD game, led by better people.
