I actually agree with you. The vast majority will return [b] IF[/b] "comet" makes D2 a good game. What I blantanly abhor is how you label the majority of the Destiny/Bugie community and think thats ok. It's not. For the second time, that's two for two in this franchise, Bungie has delivered a full priced and thoroughly broken game. For the second time they have fixed it on our time Mister Hand only to again sell it back to us! I'm not even mentioning all the shit that came with... So yeah, they'll be back-- momentary black sheep. I am more worried about the more principled of us HATERS. The ones unwilling to accept Bungies unethical buisness practices. I mean, frakking-up has become a good buisness model, how do I support that? When is it ok to voice concern and take a stand? I ain't nobody's doormat. So you lay strong fellow Guardian, as is your right.

I'm not so sure. Most of the solo players have already realized whether or not they will be able to play the endgame content by now. I doubt running endless strikes and public events will be enough to bring them back. I'm not a hater in the least but as someone that has preordered everything Destiny, this fall is at best a wait and see. Reviews will have to be really good and Bungie will have to implement some kind of endgame content that the smaller clans, solo players can get involved with. And no, I'm not saying get rid of the raid.

I would not count on that. Even at the "low points" of D1 the player population was not as low as D2 is now... 7 months after launch.
