Everis is not only immoral, it is offensive to many.

As we all know, eververse is the sole thing keeping destiny two from being great. The half assed nincompoops at Bungie don’t seem to want to do anything about it, probably because it makes them too much money. What they don’t seem to realize, however, is that the very concept of eververse in the first place is actually very offensive. In destiny, awoken obviously represent black or Hispanic people. Think about it. They came to earth from the reef, which is just as foreign to the earth people as Africa would have been to the white man. They have very noticeable changes in skin colour. Bungie doesn’t seem to care about them much either, as the Reef was a prominent and very progressive idea in destiny 1. It was populated almost entirely with awoken, and had females in positions of power. But Bungie chose to remove this location, even when they brought back the tower social space. It isn’t even mentioned once in destiny two. And now we get back to eververse. We have the ONLY awoken female in the game, and what does she do? She essentially just sells trinkets. In addition to this, she is sexualized as well. If we can show people how Bungie is being borderline racist with this character, maybe we can pressure them into removing it that way.
