No it's fcking great. Maybe destiny will get it's fcking act together also. Instead of lying and taking the core out of the destiny franchise also.
-
Well those at the bottom will be feeling the hurt first, so I wouldn't be too giddy about it. Those at the top responsible for the decisions that lead them here wont be affected till the very end. They may even course correct b that time so only the bottom of the ladder are suffering this damage now.

1 RespuestaEditado por Redstag Rambo: 11/30/2017 10:38:35 PMThe entire Nasdaq was down yesterday, not just EA. So unless Apple, Facebook, Nvidia and the majority of Nasdaq stocks are selling loot boxes, you might want to do some research first of why they went down. And they didn't lose $3.1 billion, they're stock went down that much, but that only counts if every share was sold at the closing price...which obviously wasn't.

1 RespuestaI like that guy. This is good for us as gamers. Microtransactions likely aren’t going away but if we can get some form of industry rules and guidelines would be a huge step. Take loot boxes, if it was required ( I believe China does this) to know the percentage chance of each tier. Seeing that the thing you want has a2% chance of dropping would make people think twice.

4 RespuestasIf it makes you happy that people will lose jobs then you are a ass.

8 RespuestasThis mean their stock is cheap as shit then?
-
6 RespuestasMmmm can't wait for the lay offs. I bet you all will be satisfied then
-
4 RespuestasThey deserve everthing they get. As I stated in other posts, we gave them our feedback during and after the beta, they did not listen.
-
2 RespuestasHoping EA dies and everybody else becomes too scared to implement loot crates.

No its not bad to feel happy, how do you think they would feel if they would have gotten away with their scheme? It seems lately every developer is always trying to pull something underhanded. It's to the point that I don't believe any of them. Even if Gearbox came out to tout Borderlands 3, I'm going to be suspicious and wonder what underhanded things do they have planned. I'm glad people called them out, shows that together we can make a difference.

It was already dropping before the controversy But I wouldn't mind picking up a few

Don’t think that communities rallying together can’t evoke change. This is true for real world issues as well, not just gaming.
-
idk what the issue with battlefront2 was (and don't care) but I do like this, cause hopefully it means gaming companies will make some quality games
