BOTH DLCs Will Have “Raid Activities”
NO new full raids for expansion one OR two!? Wow. I am shocked. We’re gonna be going back to the damn Leviathan every time!? Unreal. This might be the last straw. So the least well received raid of them all is gonna usurp the setting for the next two expansions...I legit can’t believe this.

FML. I really wanted a new Vex-based raid. :( Thankfully, I did not purchase the expansions yet.

it was mentioned that the Leviathan devoured world's so technically there will different enemies to fight.

Then in the dark below instead of fighting crota or the hive in Crota's End, we went back to the Vault of Glass. and then in the house of wolves we don't fight the fallen (or have POE which was meh anyway) and we went BACK to the Vault of Glass a third time !?! Sounds pretty stupid doesn't it.? That is what is happening in D2 now. 2 DLCs coming with no raid related to them. Even if the "Raid Lair" is fine, which I have[b] supreme doubts [/b]it will be if its smaller that Leviathan - a mediocre raid at best with 5 encounters (one of which you repeat 4 times) and only ONE boss - then we still don't have any theme or content that goes with the DLC it is dropped in !!!

What is REALLY means is that the leviathan raid used to have these pieces and NOW they will chop them up into 2 DLCs. This is nearing last straw BS for me - even after being around for all this crap since the D1 Beta.

5 RespuestasThe lack of a separate raid for what is probably the most important non-darkness character/entity in the game universe so far is extremely disappointing. Rasputin and the lore around him from d1 has tons of room for a raid built around it. Just tossing out the b and c roll ideas from the original leviathan raid and calling them lairs with no possiblly reasonable connection to the content they are released with is just laziness and stupidity.

Mfw D1's first expansion gave you an actual raid but D2 gives you a "Raid Activity".

I'm a bit bummed as the Lairs are gonna be shorter than the Raid and the Raid takes a little over an hour :( #sadface

Curse of Osiris and Rapsutin_update.exe both seem to be about the same as Dark Below and House of Wolves, actual individual game updates not included. Taken King and Rise of Iron were the actual 'expansions'. We won't see Destiny 2's first actual expansion until around mid to late 2018, for it's release in September.

3 RespuestasWhen you think about it, it is a new raid... in the same destination. Think about it like this. The Leviathan is just another destination like the rest: EDZ, Titan, Io, or Nessus. Except this one has a raid, an under belly leading to different parts of the raid, and raid lairs that are locked behind pay walls. A year of Cabal raids lol. We wanted a Cabal raid back when and Bungie went and o deed lmao

Though personally I would love a remaster of VOG (Its my favorite raid) and its gear, I think the raid floor will be great aslong as its fresh and more shooting rather than puzzling. And I think this is a great raid setting; all other raids have been infiltrating and killing someone while this one is more of a trial.

2 RespuestasLike any DLC it will be a short campaign, a few new strikes and probably a few new adventures on the location - like the other D2 areas. A few new crucible maps. Heroic stike playlist is nice. But what about strike specific loot ? Anyhoo. What is missing will be a raid related to the campaign. These new lairs will take place on the Leviathan and be related to that - not to the vex or Osiris - or the Warmind. Even if the "Raid Lair" is fine, which I have supreme doubts it will be if its smaller that Leviathan - a mediocre raid at best with 5 encounters (one of which you repeat 4 times) and only ONE boss - then we still don't have any theme or content that goes with the DLC it is dropped in !!! See how stupid that is ? This makes the DLCs people have paid for (or not) LESS. and only makes it seem like Leviathan should have been a larger more involved raid. Which has been cut into pieces.

Considering we never accomplished anything in the main leviathan raid and its still eating nessus, we were bound to go back eventually.
