You don't have to bother with extending your time. If with [i]these[/i] modifiers you [b]still[/b] are complaining about the timer then you are one of the scrubs wanting to camp at max distance and pick off enemies, or are wanting to utilize some other equally scummy and uninteresting method of attack.

Snipers don't necessitate a campy style. Have you never gone in full charge with icebreaker? We don't have it in D2 but with so much power ammo dropping I don't have problems continuing in that manner.
