Are you seriously bringing back old weapons and armour?
So in the latest trailer we seen Starfire Protocol, Takeanaught and potentially a hawksaw and others.
This CANNOT happen. It's just can't, you cannot justify it at all.
If this is a decision that had been made. REVERSE IT NOW!

The year 1 gear will have the same skin, but with standard rolls. So no more god roll on the weapens. That is why we are losing all our stuff. So they can put it in the game.

I dont get Bungie man... First nothing is trasferring over to D2. Now we have old weapons coming back? So basicly I have to grind AGAIN for weapons that I literally have a god roll on that are sitting in my vault? Weird. Oh well, guess it would be nice to see the Venation III make a comeback I suppose. But they will probably only transfer the later (more dull) weapons.

Old gear is still worthwhile and would be missed I'm sure if it was gone. I know I would miss my mida and many more tbh. Nice to see old and new, more new. Oh and telesto can't forget telesto !!

Yeah it doesn't really make sense that every piece of gear from destiny 1 would suddenly disappear from the game universe. Makes sense to me that certain fear pieces would also be on destiny 2

Even though we have no vaults wouldn't the archetype for all year one guns still exist in the destiny world? So technically it could still be a year 2 gun. I wouldn't be upset it's the old plus the new. More variety

They will provably do the same thing they did with the fatebringer etc. Oho, these weapons are now EXOTICS and the rest of your weapons will be nerfed and even more lame! Rejoice!

NOTHING.[/quote] Oh dear, more stuff including over the new 3500 pieces of armor alone (not too mention all the new weapons their coming up with right now as we read this forum) to be used at our disposal as if your really gonna have a chance of getting a hold of these D1 weapons in D2 because the chances of getting a D1 weapon are 9 to none... Come on guys, whether you think this guy has a good point or not try making a game that can pleare as many people as it has... Dark Souls 3 has it's flaws I can go on all night about Dark Souls 3 bit it's still a good game... Destiny 2 is gonna have it's flaws too but your disgraceful little self is gonna play it as well as most of the people replying on this forum, who's winning then? It's just another game to fall in love with they can't please the 1 million+ people that are gonna tag along and hop in on this amazing experience... be glad they decided to make a Destiny 2... Their trying guys... Also, btw it's not all Bungie guys Activision purchased the rights to the name for God sake don't blame it all on Bungie, Activision is part of it all too

There is no evidence that these items are the same exotics just because they look similar. It could be just lazy design. I would be very disappointed if anything returned considering how much has been made of this clean break.

14 RespuestasMore I read threads like these, more I think that the users of this Forum should be decimated... There are no reasons at all which we could not find Exotics gears from D1 in D2. Nor in terms of gameplay, neither in terms of lore... they've just brought some [i](or maybe all)[/i] of them back. What's the problem with this?
