The funny thing is:
Bungie creates a game, changes it to crap over the years, creates another game that's even worse...and people say that it's just a beta and we should expect an awesome game in 6 weeks.
LMAO.

Yes, bungie doing the same thing over and over again and they are expecting different results when the game comes out. What did Einstein say about this? Cliche I know, but it fits.
-
He also said something about the universe and stupidity that fits pretty well in this case... ;)
-
Haha good one.
-
Changed to crap because of millions of opinions about how it should be instead of just enjoying the game. Companies should go back to this is our game we made. Play it or dont. Cause when they cater to you all...and it goes bad...you all blame them. Instead of yourselves. Which is how it all started to begin with. You blamed everything but yourselves and demanded nerfs to oblivion. Welp now the game is starting nerfed to oblivion. And the tears still flow
-
I know what you mean, but that isn't really the problem. The problem always was that Bungle was unable to fix things the right way. It began with the Suros meta. Instead of toning down one weapon a bit they overnerfed the whole weapon class to crap. Then Vex...all Fusion became crap. Etc etc etc. It's their incapability, not our demands. And yes, they should've said "Eff you, it's our game!" or they should've made every other gun as good as Suros.
-
the right way. who's right way? Your right way? My right way? The hot streamer girls way? The guy who loves the dirty sanchez way? Cause we all have our own ideas of "the right way" so the best way is let the developers make their games, their right way. and we like it or dont like it.
-
Killing a whole weapon clas because of one weapon is not the right way...not in our universe.
-
fix things the "right way" is IMPOSSIBLE when a million people have 5 million ideas about what their version of the "right way" is. Which is why they should have made their game and said play this game. or dont. soon as you change to please one sect of people another pops up with complaints. endless complaints. best to stick to their own vision and have millions adapt to one instead of one adapting to millions... bungie had a great game.. the community ruined it. not them
-
Punchier weapons and abilities (player power is real) Faster supers. Dedicated servers. More PVE content. I don't think my ideas differ that much from the millions of players across the world.
-
d1 had punchier weapons, faster supers and abilities and all it brought was endless bitching from millions of players across the world. d2 took them away. endless bitching. if they bring them back guess what..... ENDLESS BITCHING... whats the common denominator here?
-
D1 had punchy weapons then they were taken away, that is when the bitching started...it's a shooter, the guns are literally the star of the show. I honestly believed that lessons had been learned by Bungie but it seems they are happy with their road in blitzing weapons into water pistols so I'm not jumping on the rollercoaster of emotions and anger that is a Destiny title...I just haven't got the energy this time.
-
I loved D1 weapons until the mass nerf of "weapon balancing 1.1" Don't get me wrong some of the changes were good but it seemed like that was when all common sense went out the window. The common denominator (to me at least) Is that there is a massive community who care so much about the game that they are really REALLY vocal...imagine if there was just silence?
-
but why did that balancing happen? what initiated that? it wasnt done for no reason.. and people tend to not acknowledge what caused this whole mess
-
PVP whiners and Bungie deciding that things were being too easily killed in PVE (I know WTF?!?!?) Caused it by and large, I had 0 problems with the games until they started fkn with the weapons when the PVP kiddies started their whining. I say all this as a 100% PVE player, I only got annoyed when the PVP changes started to affect me.
-
No, I dare to disagree. Of course a PvP game with such a diversity needs slight changes and fixes over time. If you don't do that, the players will leave. But there's a difference in tweaking little by little every week/month or in releasing a patch that changes most things to shit every few months. THAT was the problem. You're right in one thing: The "community" will always cry because there are dozens of groups in this community and at least one group will cry about a certain change no matter what. But overnerfing things making other things totally unbalanced was and is the major problem since day1. The only thing that needed a real nerf was the damage and range of the Vanilla Vex, all other things were subject to "even it out by making other things better". Then Destiny would still be Destiny.
-
GOLDEN EYE.
-
Nice post... Yeah my thoughts exactly. I don't expect the game to be all the different from the beta. Sure they might tweak things a little. I'm not sure if they understand or fixed any of the issues with the game.
-
Yup. The awesomeness of Destiny is gone and I think it'll never come back.
-
It's funny how gamers that really like this game are a hell of a lot more aggressive in showing their anger tords gamers that have a different opinion. It's quite entertaining lol.
-
The fanboys are crazy. It amazes me how blind they are.
-
I just got finished playing the beta a little bit ago. Not liking how the game feels. Knowing Bungie if they're paying any attention at all that g amers want a lot of improvements. If Bungie does it will be little or nothing at all.
-
tell it all dont hold nothing back
-
You mean let it out and set myself free lol.
-
Cool, see you in D2.
-
This is a 6 month old version of the game
