D2 pvp so far
Overall: Boring, slow-paced, and feels wonky, and I'm pretty sure there's sbmm in quickplay but not comp lmfao.
Primaries: ttk is painfully slow as shit, swap times are good, range drop off not bad either. The best so far are the Does Not Compute, and the Better Devils compared to the others.
Énergies: Somewhat better, and the same as primaries simultaneously. Nergal and and smgs (you have to be licking them with these) are good compared to the rest.
Power: Ehh. Snipers have a lot of aim assist, but I'd rather bungie take that extra off and trade it for perfect in air accuracy and/or less flinch. Btw the flinch is still crazy. Rockets are ok, shotguns are your best bet, fusions are better versions of snipers, GLs are decent.
Subclasses: golden gun with the 6 shooter perk is ass. Super only last for 5 seconds while everything else is almost 4x that. Arcstaff is wonky and slow as -blam!-. Sentinel is like d1 blade where it's hella wonky aswell as weird detection. Smash is pretty good if you can move correctly. The flamesword is easily dodge-able, nova bomb is a big ass scary axion of death (DO NOT LOOK BACK FOOL JUST RUN)
Edit: just found out that everything kills atleast .4 seconds slower than they did in d1 minus power

Final edit: I've noticed that most, if not all, people so far who've been disrespectful towards others trying to have a mature discussion has had shitty stats to begin with. Now don't get me wrong, idgaf about statistics in destiny, but if you're going to come in here and berate others opinions and call them bad etc. Atleast don't rock a neg kdr talking about your mediocre trials elo thinking that its good. There are 2 million something players in destiny pvp registry. The top 10% is around 200,000 people, 5% is 100,000, 1% is 20,000. Are you really going to tell someone that your rank is (enter irrelevant 4-5 digit number here) and think that that's good? This isn't the overwatch top 500 fam, no one gives a shit about stats. :)

Yeah its a slow ttk and pvp is boring because everyone has the same weapons and playing the same game mode. Hence why its called "Destiny 2 BETA" not the real game, give it a chance im pretty sure when the game comes out and everyone has different weapons more maps are out its going to feel good again, im not throwing hate or nothing at you it just seems like everyone doesnt understand that this is a beta, and they're going to give you a taste of what the game is going to be like.

Editado por Mango: 7/20/2017 6:23:07 PMI dunno the nightshade pulse rifle-primary slot- with kill clip (reactive reload) is pretty godly and will 3 burst when it procs, and is hella useful. My special weapon is the Mintus Handcannon, it's perk provides the first shot with increase range and accuracy. Both of those guns are top tier in my point of view.

4 RespuestasSnipers most certainly do not have high aim assist in D2. They are under powered though, they really need faster handling with less flinch and a lower zoom value. Either one of those improvements would be great, but there's no practical reason to use a sniper over the fusion or the shotgun.

10 RespuestasWhiny bitches are the reason we have gotten to this shitty meta in d1. This beta is excellent and the game looks promising. No more ridiculous crutches and supers have to be popped at the right time. The only people complaining are the ones who can't adapt and have no meta to leech onto. I'm a pretty good d1 player but am finding this so much easier because I have good positioning and primary aim. If you're finding it hard, get good and stop whining

1 RespuestaI'm not really enjoying the pvp. Might as well remove powers altogether and let it be gun vs gun. The TTK is super slow, maybe that's due to ridiculous lag seeing as this is a beta. I like the speed of a match though. 4v4 seems lazy. I play a lot of pvp and this feels like a pass to me based on that. I'm honestly torn about this game. I love the PVE from what I've played, and hate the pvp. Which is reverse from my feelings on destiny 1. But the PVE suffers due to PVP balance. It takes all day for your abilities to even charge in pve...if you're going for more gunplay then cool, but this isn't some generic shooter last I checked...

Right now with almost no emphasis on solo gunplay, I feel like a grown ass man in a fisher price play house. So much potential trying to be used, but it's restricted with little movement ability, and too much team-shot oriented gameplay.

But it really seems to be catered towards the players that enjoy the long range slow gameplay play style... there aren't very many options available that are reliable for those that like the fast paced CQB play style... hopefully the actually game will be a little more diverse in weapon options and builds.

But by mentioning you have noticed a correlation between lack of respect for others and low crucible stats - rather invalidates what could have been a good post about your own personal experience of the beta. If someone disrespects you, that's simply their own immaturity & inability to hold an argument. It has nothing to do with how much dexterity their fingers have on a gaming pad.

Ttk is outta control. Like a tickle fest. By the time you've tickled your opponent to death their friend is ready to tickle you back, tho you're almost dead.

Played for about 5 hours tonight, I find the changes to mobility frustrating. Warlocks can no longer surf, but after playing on a titan, skating is... Well it's still there but less effective. I find that I don't mind 4s as much as I though I would. I hope 6s come back. After playing with it mobility (agility) is still mostly useless at least for me. The guns feel okay, the primary focus is nice but at times I feel like wet tissue while they feel like brick walls. Fusions feel crisp, the bullets feel like they hit when they hit and miss clearly when you miss. Sidearms feel like support weapons instead of main weapons though I find I prefer heavy rounds instead of these quick spawning boxes. I'll be doing a long stream tomorrow doing a lot of PvP and running the strike a couple times. I'm hoping I'll find my groove in the crucible and adjust to this new set up.

1 RespuestaUtter rubbish so far, literally every game I've played we've been mercied. Spawn in, take 1 step, die. respawn, 1 step, dead. Literally haven't seen any of the map yet as I've not lived longer than 2 seconds. Only tried control so far and don't think I'll bother with the other. Pve on the other hand I actually enjoyed.
