Just watched the teaser video and read an article on GamingBolt.com. We're getting locked load outs...
Locking players out of weapon load outs is not something I want to see. The thought of starting a raid and being stuck with one play style is f*cked.
If this is implemented, please strictly limit it to non-endgame activities.

What double auto fusion best raid setup ever...
-
I think it seems very interesting. You have to think a little harder about your loadout. Go for pure balance, or trust in your co-op team?

7 RespuestasThis mans hasn't even played the -blam!-ing game yet and is complaining about its mechanics, how about you wait bud
-
"Someone is obsessed over that one wording and can't seem to grasp the concept of "THEY HAVE NOT SAID HOW IT WILL WORK AND WHERE IT WILL WORK" aka stop panicking over vauge af info. All they said was their will be. Thats vauge, it didn't tell us whats effected by it or anything. Instead of doing the cave man thing and overreacting do the intelligent human thing and wait for more details, wait until you have all of the necessary information gathered before trying to shoot the thing down"

9 RespuestasEditado por chickengoujohn93: 7/7/2017 6:53:33 AMI love the knee jerking by this community. Anyone who stops and justs thinks for one second would realize that such a feature wouldn't work in Raids thanks to the checkpoint system. The workaround would simply involve returning to Orbit and switching your loadout. It'll be a Nightfall modifier at most in PvE and more of an outright PvP restriction.

It's Bungie's new marketing strategy! Chase away as many of the veteran players as possible, then all the new players who buy the game won't know how bad they screwed it up!
-
This surprises you? Their 2-14-17 Crucible patch made it impossible to choose the weapon loadout you liked. You practically had to choose it based on which specials keep or regenerate ammo.
-
23 RespuestasKnowing Bungie's track record I can easily imagine how far they gone with this. What's funny about this decisions though. I don't recall anyone ever asking for set weapons other then gamers thinking crucible should be more like Halo. I personally don't like Crucible because what Bungie's sandbox has done to this game. But there is no way crucible should be treated like Halo and if it's set this way across the entire board. This is a huge mistake...

1 RespuestaMy favorite part was them bragging about putting lore into the game. Like it was a brand new concept and no one has ever done it before.
-
I agree not to have this

Editado por monkyken: 7/10/2017 11:58:23 AMI believe it's meant to be restricted to certain activities, eg specific strikes maybe, if they did it for raids it might be per area which wouldn't be that bad. I don't know how they would lock your loadout for a whole raid when you can complete different parts of a raid with different people and you can come and go as you please otherwise... Looking for D5 raid have loadout Vex Y1, and Sniper of never ending ammo... lol.
-
7 RespuestasEnd game is where it will be. It wouldn't make any sense anywhere else. End game being Hard mode Raid, Trials, Comp/ranked pvp, and maybe a random modifier for nightfall. The causal playlist left alone.
-
Actually I think it will only be applied to endgame activities - Luke Smith mentions it immediately following a comment about how they will be making endgame activities more challenging than Destiny 1 (he clearly says it will only be applied to 'some activities', and seems to heavily imply raids will be the main place where this will be applied).
-
13 RespuestasPlease give me a time stamp as to where he says that you will be locked in raids? Oh there isn't one u say?
-
2 RespuestasWhat if it's story/lore based loadout locks. Like instead of grimoire, you live the legend of that weapon. You get to learn its individual nuances through a mission that then leaves you with the knowledge of how to utilize its true usefulness for other activities. Just a thought....
-
When I heard about it, I was thinking how bad that could end up, it just doesn't sound like a good idea.
-
1 Respuestaits just fascinating that they cannot design the gameplay to be challenging. strikes for example are the same shit over and over again. this is a lazy attemp at its finest
-
2 RespuestasIt's hilarious because they called the weapons slots "freedom slots".
-
Honestly, it seems like they just keep rolling out one bad idea after the other when it comes to D2 lol
-
1 Respuestawhat's my name again?

21 RespuestasANOTHER "-blam!- YOU" to lone wolves from Bungie Not only do we HAVE TO JOIN a clan now, if we want to drop into random games we HAVE TO KNOW what weapons are being used Sounds like LOTS of fun.........NOT👎🏻
-
3 RespuestasHopefully it only affects PvP. I don't like the idea of it but if it's limited only to something like Trials, that wouldn't bother me so much.

1 RespuestaPeople complain about Destiny being too easy. Bungie implements locked loadouts, people complain about it. This community is nothing more than a big ball of confusion. No wonder why Bungie doesn't listen to the community as much as Reddit.
-
7 RespuestasActually just the opposite. I think they will limit it to end-game activities. But not raids. I think it is mainly for Trials, and would make an interesting Nightfall modifier.
-
8 RespuestasAs if they couldn't add enough things to make players second guess a purchase, they give another one..... Honestly running out of things to excite me to make a purchase.......
