No. Bioware has a horrible mentality of ignoring any problem their game has until people stop complaining. I will not be supporting that type of mentality. They already screwed over a number of players in Mass Effect 3 when things went wrong. At least at release I won't be giving them a chance to do it again.

The original ending?

No. There was an issue where a fair number of users were unable to get past the title screen. Bioware customer support would tell people to delete their save game to fix it, and would wait for a confirmation this was done. When you responded that it is still broken and now you lost all your save data, they would tell you not to respond anymore and mark their threads and 'solved,' then lock them. They never even fixed the problem. A modder in the community found a way to do it so people had to literally go on their computer and mod their Xbox Live profiles. It was asinine. Bioware lost all my support after that.

The modding community is great for that series. I wasn't aware of that issue.

That particular modder got mad love. He was afflicted too. But it took the guy about a month before he figured out the fix. Still, he shared it. I enjoyed ME3 too. The ending was a 'thing' of course, but other than that it was phenomenal. The joke '10/10 until the last 10 minutes' is pretty true. But with how they treated us... I just can't do it. Not hating on people that do or anything. But I can't support them. Maybe I'll buy it in a few months or something, but at the very least I won't contribute to their initial numbers. Eh.

Understandable, I've been lucky never had a problem with their support, but I've never used the forums.
