Isnt it in the same high impact archetype as Hand of Judgement?
If so then the gun is probably well off

If you go toe to toe with most other primary weapons you need the other player to miss a shot, otherwise they will kill you before you kill them.

With my experience of high impact scouts (xbox so no actual Jade Rabit) they are good at staying on target and only take around 3 shots to kill. Ill usually beat out MIDA and even TLW with my scout but I'll still get screwed by that occassional Boolean Gemini.

If you get the first shot off, you might win. But if you start shooting at the same time, they will kill you before you have time to shoot your third shot (assuming no misses or other damage input and normal health).
