Hawksaw is a 73, Clever Dragon is 77. I don't recall whether pulse rifles are divided into high/low or high/medium/low ROF families, but Red Death is certainly not a high rate of fire. That leaves only one choice that I see. I think it did have its ROF buffed along with the other low ROF pulses.

Like you said lyudmila and spare change are the one's that got the RoF buff, but NOT red death or no time to explain. They even talked about how these buffed archetypes can 2 burst kill in the stream about the buff.

OK, I missed that because I don't watch "streams" about.... anything? I'm waiting for writing with words in it that I can read. Perhaps it's just the fact that I'm finally able to get off more than 1 burst without being interrupted by a charging shotgunner that made it feel different.
