They plan on adjusting Thorn and hawkmoon to feel exotic and unique while not being overpowered in the February patch

"We heard you guys would like to be able to use Thorn and Hawkmoon again, so the sandbox team has decided to nerf both HCs range stats by 75%, whilst lowering AA, and the DoT on Thorn. We don't want it to be too good, yknow? We hope you guys enjoy this patch, a lot of hard work went into it. On a side note, shotguns will be able to roll shot package again, and all snipers are now 1shot kill to he body."
