Seriously, no one is afraid to fight a titan anymore. In TF1 you had the occasional rodeo but there were hardly mass groups of pilots just tearing up your titan like it was made of cardboard. It's the most annoying thing. Especially in LTS. In TF1 people ran at the sight of titans. They were gods of the arena. Now they're made of glass it feels like. Bring back healthy titans

10 RespuestasNobody ran from a Titan in Titanfall 1. A pilot could single handedly destroy a Titan by hopping on & just shooting the shit out of it, even more-so depending on your weapon. If the Titan wasn't manned it was even easier as the Titan would kneel and do absolutely nothing while you were doing it. If the pilot got out it would kneel so you simply hopped off & gunned him down and since Smoke was something you had to actually pick it wasn't used very often and on the off chance it was you simply got off for a few seconds before hopping back on to continue your onslaught.

Good thing there isn't a pilot class in TF2.
-
Tf2 means Team Fortress 2 not Titanfall 2
-
4 RespuestasWouldn't have that problem in battlefield 2. Just sayin'
-
2 RespuestasThere are anti titan titans and anti pilot titans but all are well rounded if your good enough, learn which one is best for you
-
1 RespuestaNot OP but brave AF.
-
Well, there's this thing called (mind my language) "not being a bitch"
-
Killing pilots when you're in a titan is mad easy, especially if you're using tone, ion or ronin.
-
Use pilot-repellent.
Electric smoke
Honestly I feel the exact opposite is true. In the first game you could seamlessly go between your titan and pilot modes whlithough worry, and still do decent. Whereas in Titanfall 2, I find that once you have a titan you are better off never getting out, as you get a clear advantage over pilots in your titan and an auto titan is just free charge for enemies. I got rodeo'd far more often in the first game than I do now. (although rodeos were also easier to deal with in the first game as well).

What Titan?
-
2 RespuestasThey messed up by not having recharging shields and not picking your Frame and gun all in all titanfall one was a better game for me at least
-
2 RespuestasTitans are not invincible war machines now like they used to in the first game. Its mostly to keep balance. Otherwise the fist team to call in all their Titans would dominate
-
1 RespuestaWith powerful /fast archer missiles again? No thanks. Im playing as northstar and have no survivability issues. You should treat yourself as being in power armor. Not a unstoppable slag of metal. You just cant charge at everything. Perhaps you need to play a different titan if you are having trouble with pilots.

Killing pilots is pretty easy as titans.
Bring back healthy titans
I'm just saying: should you really make a request like that on Bungie's website? Anyway, I know I'm gonna be a broken record here but didn't Titans in Titanfall 1 have to choose Electro smoke over Particle Wall or Vortex Shield? I'm fairly certain that a pilot rodeo could kill a Titan quickly with one try as well. Whereas in Titanfall 2, Electro smoke is equipped on all Titans. In combination with existent abilities such as Scorch's deathwall known as Thermal Shield. Not to mention their guns as well. Tone's 40mm has an AoE that can kill the average pilot in about 2-3 shots, with another example such as Scorch's entire existence. Your cover? Pah! Fire everywhere. Or Legion and his Predator Cannon, which can swiftly shred the unwary pilot which can get boosted further with Smart Core. Sure there are less effective weapons like Northstar's one-shot Plasma Railgun because they demand a higher degree of skill on the user's part. But they are still quite feasible for killing pilots that swarm. And that is a key word "swarm". Anything that is done in mass can very quickly dispatch anything Titans included.
yea boi, essays ftw!
8 RespuestasSo wait, people get of Titans to battle Other Titans in LTS

Try shooting at them. It usually works for me.

Editado por RingersCheckmate: 1/24/2017 7:15:03 PMYou think pilots are too powerful now? Buddy did you even PLAY titanfall 1? One solo pilot rodeo could END a titan, and there was some crazy archer rocket dominance then. In titanfall 1 no one ran at the sight of a titan, sure as hell not more than now. Titans were never considered "gods" of the arena. They've always been obstacles for pilots, and in titanfall 1, they were pretty small obstacles. In titanfall 2, you can only do a certain amount of damage per rodeo, and electric smoke comes after killing some grunts. Combine that with the crazy new anti pilot guns for titans like the leadwall and predator cannon and titanfall 2 has way more pilot kills per titan.

3 RespuestasWtf are you talking about? You could rodeo and destroy a titan by yourself in titanfall 1, shit even in 1 clip of you used the spitfire and it's hammer mod. Pilots were a hell of a lot more dangerous in the first one.
-
And in TF1 you could go a whole match without ever leaving your titan.
-
Thought you were taking about Team Fortress 😂
