No, thorn is probably at its most balanced place ever. The extra damage was only ever meant to prevent shield regen, not kill people outright after a body two-tap.

It never two tapped to the body, it was at its most balanced state pre April update

There are literally videos all over the internet that show that thorn's burn would kill people after being two-tapped to the body back in the day when people constantly ran thorn down to 2-3 shots left in it for the final round damage buff. Two body shots, run away, watch the person die from the poison damage.

With final round yeah, but that's situational IMO, I'm a chronic reloader and reload after every kill or even if I take a few shots and don't get a kill I mash that square button lol
