I dunno about bubble, but NLB became a crutch when the sniper flinch became so bad they're close to unusable.
Then you take NLB and realize its flinch WASNT changed like other snipers were. It flinches but the flinch isn't "stacking" like it does with regular snipers.
Add that to always spawning with ammo and you can run that with a Mapador and it's scrubby.

NLB still takes more skill than what the enemy was using
-
Of course it does. Sniping in general takes more skill over primaries. That's the point. NLB is the only sniper that still is able to headshot me despite me getting the first shots in. Happens all the time. It violates the spirit of a sniper. Thus, no matter what his opponents use, it's a scrub loadout. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The Matador is the more meta thing, but No Land isn't as meta/scrubby
-
I disagree. NLB is meta for snipers currently. It's easier to use over other snipers. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
-
It is the meta if you use snipers, but snipers aren't the meta
-
The current meta: Dragon, Matador Palindrome, matador NLB, matador. That's the meta.
-
I rarely ever see anyone using nlb what are you talking about
-
I see those 3 combinations in 99% of the games I play.
-
Forgot Juggernaut, Matador People just don't use No Land from what I've seen
-
Where do you say you use NLB ONLY? If that's what you do, ok, I'll concede, NLB ONLY is not the meta. But then again, no one gun is ever the meta. Even "ONLY THORN" was not a meta. It was: Thorn, felwinters

I use No Land with the raid Sidearm
